Upfront payment is required before booking period begins.
Refund policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when hiring beach equipment. We understand that plans can change, and we have created a fair refund policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 24 hours before rental start time: Full refund issued.
- Less than 24 hours before rental start time: No refund issued.
- No-shows: No refund will be provided.
Early Returns
If equipment is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be provided for the unused time.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If severe weather conditions (such as storms, heavy rain, or strong winds) prevent safe use of the hired equipment, customers may reschedule their rental or receive a full refund.
Equipment Issues
If the hired equipment is faulty or does not function as expected, please notify us immediately. We will provide a replacement or offer a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Any applicable processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
