Refund policy

Cancellations & Refunds

Early Returns

If equipment is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be provided for the unused time.

If severe weather conditions (such as storms, heavy rain, or strong winds) prevent safe use of the hired equipment, customers may reschedule their rental or receive a full refund.

Equipment Issues

If the hired equipment is faulty or does not function as expected, please notify us immediately. We will provide a replacement or offer a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Any applicable processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
